"El hotel es bastante bueno tiene muchisimas variedad por hacer ademas de la playa y picsina las habitaciones estan comodas y el servicio al cliente es bueno pero le falta calidad. Es un hotel bien grande a lo cual le falta un personal calificado para el mismo ya que hay cosas que suceden , responsabilidad del servicio hotelero que el personal no esta capacitado , es mi experiencia Pueden mejorar muchas cosas como la coordinacion de las entrada al hotel para mi la peor experiencia, a la hora de sacar los restaurantes tienes que asesorarte bien porque no es lo que te cuentan a la hora de llegar al restaurant ejemplo el restaurante Japones pregunten sobre este especificamente cosas que pueden mejorar sin problema solo es cuestion de coordinacion. La picsina muy buena la playa igual tienen algunos buffet que se vuelven restaurantes en la noche hacen actividades de show en la noche que te entretienen y la pasas bien ademas de discoteca y casino El personal del buffet se ven un poco cansados obvio es trabajo pero es algo que se nota el agotamiento y en la noche solo tienen un sport bar abierto no hay mas nada en caso que tengas hambre. Por mis conclusiones el hotel esta bueno si es para vacacionar con familia niños especialmente, esta muy bien, muchas picsinas para los nenes."

"Rosario was an amazing bartender, she never let me leave empty handed and her drinks were absolutely delicious. We stayed in the Sub Club and our room was very spacious with a gorgeous view. Food at the buffet’s were decent, I recommend the bluewater, amazing staff and food. Not a single day went by without an activity, we went to three shows and attended the mini water park, super fun! only bad thing I can say was most of the ports in our room did not work, but it was a small inconvenience for how fun our stay was!"

"First, the food was amazing as other reviewers have noted. If food is your thing, this is a great resort for you. We enjoyed food more than any other trip, although we traveled more for the expertise, which was overall good. The activities, amenities, and on resort options were confusing at times with the front desk communicating one thing, staff reporting another, and then at times there was no activity at all. The menus were sent via WhatsApp but turned out to be inaccurate (which really didn’t matter to us because all the food was amazing). Bar menus were not accurate either although there still were many options. Cleanliness throughout was fine enough. The “good” parts were made up for by the “amazing” food. "
