"We were up graded to a suite and it was fabulous, thank you so much to the hotel staff for this wonderful gesture we loved it. The suite was amazing and the view from the rooms was truly wonderful. "

"The hotel room was clean and newly renovated. The view out the small window though was awful - derelict parking lot and stuff. The hotel lobby is lovely and inviting and the staff was superb. The food in the hotel's bar was reasonably priced for the area. Shopping is literally behind the hotel and the beachfront is right there. I did however feel that some of the staff did not speak fluent English and the hallways were in the middle of renovation which made them ugly and sad looking. There was no room number on the door either. There were comprehension errors on the menu and signs in the building. One sign in the shower asked you to "put the curtain in the shower" when they meant the rubberized mat to keep you from slipping. I would stay again."
