"The front desk lady Crystal was very welcoming and lovely when we checked in. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Good water pressure in the shower and soft towels. The beds were super comfy, especially the pillows. The breakfast was outstanding, with the workers going above and beyond to keep everything stocked. The pool area was very nice and the family enjoyed the little games out there. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Check out was seamless. We also appreciated the dog walking area with convenient trash and waste bags available. We will be back for sure. "

"I didn’t make use of the bar or restaurant. There were stores and restaurants in the general area that I patronized instead. I found the service at the hotel to be outstanding. If you come in a little earlier than expected (before check in time) they might let you into your room before the official time. I thought the entire staff was gracious and attentive, but I would like to give special thanks to Keisha, who made sure that I was on the bus on time to get from the hotel to the pier. Not every hotel gives you that level of service. "

"I had a great stay here! I was able to check in early and my room was ready right away, which was a huge plus. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The property is very clean and in a perfect location—within easy walking distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The shuttle service to/from the airport and cruise port was also very convenient. My only minor issue was the breakfast experience on "cruise days." The seating area was overcrowded, and it was hard to find a spot. While the staff replenished the food often, some items like the French toast were cold by the time I got them. Also, with the main toaster out of commission, the line for the single backup toaster was quite long. Despite the breakfast rush, it's a wonderful hotel and I would definitely stay here again!"
