"The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. "It was a little unclear how to check in. The rooms were in one building and the check in was at the restaurant next door. Signage would have been helpful. A restaurant customer noticed us looking “lost” and directed us to the checkin area. The rest of the stay was very comfortable and smooth."
