Cons- this place needs to be renovated. Windows don’t open or some don’t lock, the seals are leaky and don’t dampen outside noise The area is pretty noisy at night. Beds need to be replaced, bathroom lights are corroded and not working, cabinets are in poor condition. Very 90s vibe. "
