It's owned by an old man and his family, and they are very sweet and friendly. I had a big luggage with me, and he helped me carry it all the way to the 3rd floor. On the way out, his wife helped me bring it down. Even when I came back late, there was always someone available to open the door. It's near the china town of dublin, and I loved that so much cause I was having my dinners there every night. It's also just a 20 min walk from the center. Would stay there again if i am in Dublin.

Location is perfect, staff is incredible and extremely friendly, price was very fair for what you get and the location. Only complaint I have was the bed was quite uncomfortable and not having an elevator is a bit inconvenient when you end up staying on the higher floors (only like 5 flights of stairs, so this is just kinda me being lazy). Still a lovely place that I would definitely stay at again.

The structure was small but very comfortable and clean. The only thing is the small bathroom sink. The staff is very helpful. It would be useful to extend the time to left the luggages in the structure.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, and a beautifully decorated room. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good, safe stay. As it is an old building there is no lift, but I had no trouble getting several bags up to the top floor. It is an easy walking distance from the city centre, trinity college, and temple bar. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very small and no air flow. It gets humid and hot as soon as you take a shower. To help with thei air flow, you have to keep the rooms door open. The staff are very nice and friendly and the place is clean. The neighborhood is not the best. It's dirty and so much noise although away from city center.

Jerry and his daughter, Olga, are the consummate hosts! Personable and knowledgeable, they were the BEST! The property is extremely well maintained and so clean. The location is a short walk to the city center. We loved staying at Dergvale, and would stay there again!

This is a family owned business. Jerry and Olga were very helpful. Whenever I had a question they were always eager to provide directions or advice. For example, Jerry ordered a cab the night before I needed it to the train station before my next destination. He knew that it was going to be very difficult to get a cab and a specific time so he ordered it the night before.

Um hotel simples mas agradável

O hotel é bastante simples, mas agradável. Eu ia com o objectivo de passear, só ia ao hotel paradormir, pelo que cumpriu bem. A equipa era muito muito simpática. Porém, o quarto era muito quente, demasiado até. E se levarem malas grandes, peçam para ficarem logo no 1º andar - o hotel não tem elevador. Notar que não há qualquer serviço de comida no hotel, mas existem várias opções ali perto.

Ons verblijf was geweldig. Wat een vreselijk vriendelijke mensen. Verder was het heel schoon en de bedden sliepen heerlijk. De locatie was ook prima. We komen hier zeker terug als we Dublin nog eens bezoeken.
