We waited for almost two hours to have a $36 before tip pot of coffee delivered to our room. The on-property Starbucks did not take orders on the app and the line was massive. Big mistake, MGM Grand, by removing in-room coffee."

"Excellent upgrade provided as an Expedia Gold tier! Love the hotel. Views were amazing. The room was very spacious. Only complaint is that I couldn’t request to check in early when I called before flying in, they told me that because I booked with a 3rd party, they couldn’t open my reservation and I even couldn’t pay extra for an upgrade even if I wanted to because it was booked via 3rd party. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist said I could have called to request to check in earlier. There is some type of miscommunication between the person who took my call and the front desk receptionist. Other than that, loved this hotel."
