"Check in took a miserable 45 minutes. Why management did not provide more staff for check in I do not know. Parking is tight. Room is okay in terms of overall condition. Airplane noise was minimal. We appreciated the proximity to the airport. Overall we felt the pictures exaggerated the condition of the property. Probably would stay elsewhere next time. "

"Where do I star... no refrigerator and microwave. Two essential appliances when bringing a dog for their refrigerated only food. Hot water was warm and took time to get warm. No need to turn on the cold water. Air conditioner only goes down to 66 deg and even if the fan was set to high, the air coming out was low at best. And on our last night, it was barely cold at all. We had to use the handheld personal fan that we brought with us to blow some air while we slept. And lastly, never ever fall for the "free" items offer. You will be offered a free night or discounted stay or $100 in slot play to attend a viewing party for the newly renovated room at Westget hotel but in realitt you will be attending a timeshare session. Three hours of wasted time."
