"Nice staff and small but comfortable room"

"Close to cruise port & centrally located. Hotel had excellent staff. Older gentleman at front desk, gave us a marked map, helped with planning our walking tour of city & museums & got us taxi transportation to London at a cheaper rate. I highly recomend this hotel."

"Lovely hotel overlooking the marina in Ocean Village, room was spacious and very comfortable with everything a visitor needs, bathroom also well fitted with a choice of a bath or over bath rainfall shower. Shops, restaurants and bars close by so perfect for our overnight after our cruise. Shuttle service from the cruise terminal to the hotel very welcome and efficient. Food and service in the 6th floor restaurant good with a super view of the marina."

"From check in to check out, the service provided was excellent. The staff were ever helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The food options ranged from exceptional restaurant to bar snacks, all of which were delicious. The ‘sports facilities’ were limited but more than adequate. Lovely walk around the estate. We will definitely return. "

"Nice hotel needs a bit of updating the shower needs upgrading as wasn’t very hot or powerful doors and door frames and wardrobe need replacing or painting to keep it up to date "

"Generally happy. Enjoyed the spa facilities and room and all areas were clean and a good standard. However, the reception charged me although I had been charged by Expedia already. Having said that it was easy to get my refund once I called the reception."

"We got what we asked for. All good except the bar was closed at 22:30 and the instructions in the room said it closed at 23:00. This was a minor irritation. Everything else was as expected."
