My wife and I were in Tunbridge Wells to visit old friends from New Zealand. We spent an afternoon in the SPA garden as it was a beautiful day. The following day we visited Canterbury which was on our bucket list for many years. We had a great visit and we would certainly stay at the SPA again.

Really like this hotel. Rooms are a magnificent size and quiet. Staff are very helpful, good breakfast. Things that could have been better and that would have made my rating 5 star all round - would have preferred a double bed (had believed I had specifically asked for this) and computer systems were not working well which meant slower check in, bar service and check out than I would have expected.

We have stayed in the Belgrave a number of times before and have never been disappointed. The hotel is lovely, so clean and highly maintained. We stayed in the newly refurbished signature suite and oh boy have they thought of just about everything!! There is what appears a wardrobe but opens into a small kitchen with everything from a brita filter tap, Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is a Dyson hair dryer, a clothes steamer, an iron and ironing board. The bed is...

The Hotel was very new and in a safe walkable area in Canary Wharf. There was a lot of extras in the room set up as an apartment with dishes , oven, fridge. Clean and the bed was comfy. The only negative is that the actual design of the room was a bit odd. Seating area under the tv. A lot of wasted space with the sofa set up. But for a few nights away it is definitely worth it.
