Moxy Edinburgh Airport

"The hotel was comfortable, clean and close to the airport. It was a short walk to the terminal and the number 100 bus into Edinburgh stopped almost outside, which was handy. We stayed two nights and made the mistake of eating breakfast at the hotel the first morning, but I wouldn't recommend it. The price of the breakfast was £15 extra per person and it was extortionate for the cost. The yoghurt had run out, and so many of the other options were half empty and never got refilled while we were there."

"This hotel is in a GREAT location. It is only a 5-15 minute walk to most of the touristy Royal Mile things. There is a Sainsbury's and a Costa Coffee right next door. And a bus stop right outside the doors (although we walked everywhere). The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. We weren't in the room much, except to sleep, and it was perfect for that."

"The shower was tiny and therefore hard the get in and out of. Not enough plugs. The hallway floor was dirty. The breakfast wasn’t very good. An elevator was broken while we were there and the staff was using the one we used. They didn’t give us the option of using the elevator first and it took a very long time while we waited for them to finish. I liked the front desk area set up. Very nice."

"The staff went above and beyond!!! The room was very clean. We ordered a burger one night, another night the charcuterie board..EXCELLENT!!! Both recommended by the staff. Then our bartender made us fabulous drinks to include a stamped 1816 cube for my whiskey. Beautiful craftsmanship in his drinks. We have stayed in 6 hotels in Scotland, this was by far the best 4 day stay thus far!!! Thank you Apex staff for everything!!! Ohhh and Location, just outside is multiple bus routes and the train terminal is a block away."

"Perfect spot for Edinburgh zoo, which is right on the doorstep. We had time for a morning swim before heading to the zoo for opening time. Pool was lovely and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. Breakfast was varied and restaurant was very pleasant."

"The room was very spacious with many amenities, including complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. Perfect location steps away from the railway station and near all attractions. Nice upper level lounge for drinks and finger foods. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean."
