Stunning, brand newly refurbished two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre, 1 minute from Princes Street.

We're at the end of a large building so we enjoy a quirky layout.

Located on the first floor with two bedrooms (King and double), an open plan kitchen, living and dining room.

Luxury walk in shower and plenty of built in wardrobes in both bedrooms.

Free fast Wi-Fi, towels, linen and toiletries.

Within a short walk of all central attractions, perfect for a city break.


The Neighbourhood
The apartment is extremely central, located between Princes Street and the West End Village.

Walking distance to all central shops, bars, restaurants and the historic attractions in and around the Old Town and the New Town.

There's very reasonable and quite local parking nearby, within a 10 minute walk away. 

Edinburgh has a fantastic bus service all around the city which you can hop on and off. Trams and taxi's are also available.
