Excellent stay

Excellent room with a nice view in a great location. Could do with brighter lights in the toilet and kitchen. Kitchen tap needs to be tightened too.

Great overnight, quiet & secure. All I required. Only thing was that overnight a bit cool. Even though I’d turned heating up. Think due to single glazing sash & case windows.

Vi var överlag nöjda med vår vistelse men omdömet dras ner av att vi fick en lägenhet på bottenplan. Detta visas ju inte på de fina bilderna med stora fönster att man kan hamna på källarplan... Det var också lite brist på utrustning i köket tex hade vi bara två skedar trots att lägenheten skulle vara anpassad till 2 vuxna och 3 barn. men annars var det en fin lägenhet med bra promenadavstånd till det mesta.

Nicely appointed but some disappointing aspects

Very clean and quite well appointed apartment. However instructions for heating given however the radiators did not work. There were two portable heaters available but they were inadequate for the size of the room on a cold evening. Also the next morning I went out at 9.30 for a quick errand and returned at 10.00 to find a cleaner in the room well ahead of checkout time. Felt rushed and cleared out early.

We really like the location. It is away from the busy center city area but it is easy to get into the city center by bus or by walking. There is also a Tesco Metro nearby.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Wir mussten nur erst den Eingang suchen, da es im Keller unten war und und wir erst beim Haupteingang suchten. Wir waren zu dritt und die Ausziehcouch war nicht bezogen und es waren auch nur zwei Handtücher da. Wir sind zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen, was sehr gut möglich war. Es ging so ungefähr eine halbe Stunde.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

Cozy Stay! 此區環境安靜安全，飯店設備齊全，很多好餐廳在附近，來愛丁堡前十的選擇！

It was a lovely stay. Everything was very comfortable and welcoming. However, the toilet smells bad in the early morning but is gone by the evening. We had also put up the door tag from ‘do not disturb’ to ‘please clean’ and when we had come back for the evening the sign was changed back to ‘do not disturb’ and the room was not cleaned. Aside from these little things, the stay was great and would definitely come back again!

Comfortable stay

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is unmanned but support online is very efficient and helpful. Housekeeping service is good. A bit of a walk from city centre though.

Bel immeuble dans une jolie rue . Arrêt de bus à proximité qui dessert le centre en 10 mn. Le logement est spacieux pour 4 personnes mais au niveau propreté c’est passable . L’appartement est poussiéreux, certainement dû à la moquette vieillotte. De plus il il manque un micro onde et aucune petite attention n’est prévue ( pas de lait , jus de fruit ou biscuit ) dommage vu le prix du logement ! Un peu déçue ....

Overall terrific. Not in the heart of tourist action but not too far away. Parking can be a challenge and I do not recall seeing a heads up about that. Instructions about that (and a pass for the street) would have been nice.

Everything was excellent except for the sofa bed, once you put it up the middle looks and feels like a triangle so the kids ended up sleeping on the floor as it was far more comfortable.

Lovely and well kitted-out studio apartment in a great location. The bed is on a little mezzanine in the room, which is a nice use of the space. It was very comfy for us, but worth noting that it's a bit of a step up to get into the bed - it could be a touch tricky for someone with mobility issues, but suited us well.
