"We stayed at the Apex Grassmarket for three nights and it was a great hotel! The location can't be beat, the grassmarket has lots of places to eat, drink, shop (you are right by victoria street!) so there is always something going on. There was even a little market when we were there, loved it. It can get loud, so if you are a light sleeper that might be something to consider. It didn't bother us (we actually liked it - we heard snow patrol playing at the castle one night!) but something to note! The room was large and comfortable, lots of tea/coffee and cookies over the stay as well. We would definitely stay again!"
