"For the most part the hotel was great. The reception staff were great except for one member who was unhelpful and rude. There was a stain (looked like blood) on the under sheet and this member of staff on the desk seemed nonchalant. The restaurant staff were amazing at breakfast especially Lin."

Less than 10 min walk to the Cardiff Central Railway Stsation a just crossing the street and you’re in the City Center shopping Center , loads of coffee shops , restaurants and less than 10min walk to the Castle. Being in Center , easy access to pick up points for day trips j. Clean , relatively new building, comfortable bed and pillows , huge room and the price not bad for such location"

"Bed was uncomfortable, mattress needs replacing. Reception told us they'd been replaced in some rooms not others. Shower was cramped and too low so I had to stoop. "

"Rooms are a bit run down, location is great for being so close to Cardiff bay. Staff are lovely and friendly and the bar is cosy. Breakfast was decent."

"Room dirty carpet badly stained and in need of a good hoover. Windows so dirty unable to see out. "

"The location of the hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the heating system was not functioning in the room whilst cold air was blowing always with a continuous noise even when it was off. Finding a parking spot was a pain, as there wasn’t enough parking spaces there, adding that it was too expensive per night!"
