"This is my worst experience so far with any hotel. My family and I booked this hotel from March 1-2 2026. My card was charged at the front o desk and we were told this is a refundable deposit 24hrs upon check out. It's been over 2weeks and I still have not received my refund yet. I called the front desk today and the lady that picked up had no idea what she was talking about . She told me I needed to call Expedia even though my card was charged directly at the front desk , then went on to tell me it will take 25days for a refund. She ended up ending the call while I was talking. refund policy and customer service is this? I'm highly disappointed with the service I received and I still don't have my refund yet. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone . "
