"I am very sorry, but you people are thieves! By mistake, I booked a room at 3:00 AM. When I arrived at that hour—having already made the reservation—they told me that the hotel was full (something that we ALL KNOW IS ALWAYS A LIE; they simply don't want to give you your room at that time of night). ALL I WANTED WAS TO REST AFTER A LONG JOURNEY. When I filed a complaint through Expedia to request a refund—since I was unable to use the room at the time I needed to rest—the Expedia agent gave me hope, assuring me that my money would be refunded because I had not utilized the reservation. Two days later, I received a notification stating that you—Hampton Inn—had not approved my refund request. (Thieves!)"

"Desk attendant on check in was cold and difficult to understand. The room was good but the shower pressure was lousy. The pool is too small. Breakfast was good."

"Horrible place. The worst “hotel” I have ever seen. The place is nasty. I checked in at 6am after being up over 24 hours and when I went in the room, the bed was disgusting. It was full of yellow stains. I couldn’t even take a nap. Called and they said housekeeping wouldn’t come for HOURS. Tried to get a refund the same day cause I did not stay and they refused. I even shows them pictures of the stains. The staff is horrible with disgusting attitudes. The lady literally hung up on me when I was explaining the situation. Literally hung up while I was talking. The rooms smelled like smoke. I would not recommend this place even if it was the last place on earth. Don’t do it"

"The hotel is architecture is beautiful and the staff helping with luggage were friendly. When we arrived the room had a bad smell. We called the front desk and they kindly found us another room. We stayed on the weekend and all of the events caused an inconvenience with the use the lobby and parking. Visited the Pool restaurant. For some reason, we were served after a couple who arrived after us? Definitely not a $700 a night experience!"

"My stay was overall just okay. The rooms were great — very spacious, clean, and felt more like an apartment, which I really liked. The entire hotel was also kept very clean. However, there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. The elevators were extremely slow, even though there are four of them, and this definitely needs improvement. The kitchen/restaurant service was also very slow, and unfortunately the food was not very good or flavorful. Another big inconvenience was transportation. It was very difficult to get an Uber to locate the hotel, and most of the time we had to walk to the nearby W Hotel just to get picked up. Overall, while the rooms and cleanliness were impressive, the service and accessibility issues made the stay less enjoyable. I personally would not return"
