"The location of this property is absolutely fantastic. The staff at the reception were so nice and kind above and beyond customer experience. The man at the bar who prepared our welcome drinks was super sweet. The room was just amazing, though we did not have a view from our room we were so tired when we arrived that we just slept. We didn’t hear any noise. We had an amazing experience, definitely coming back."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was a good quiet location, close to everything in Bellagio. The mini marts in town do not sell enough food products to make your stay truly self catered. We enjoyed eating at the many local restaurants instead!"

"Amazing apartment in the heart of Bellagio! Nadia and Alphonso were extremely helpful both before and during the trip. I wish we had stayed longer. The apartment is in the perfect location, and is steps away from all the shops and restaurants. The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. It was tasteful and very comfortable and fit our party of five perfectly. Beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms were great for our party. Nadia and Alphonso even walked up the hill to greet us at our car from Milan, and said goodbye in person. I would definitely stay here again, and I am very picky! There is minimal noise, but there is a shop downstairs and cars sometimes pass in front of the apartment, but my sound machine drowned most of these out. We will definitely return! Grazie Nadia and Alphonso!"

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Centrale. First, it is in a central location, easily walkable to the ferry, restaurants and shops. Next, the staff was excellent. Kind, personable, helpful, and accommodating. Our room and all areas of the hotel were extremely clean, with very nice decor. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet, and the air conditioning was key. Finally, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast every morning: buffet style with a variety of options and cappuccinos, or other selections of coffee personally made to order. We would definitely return here for a future stay in Bellagio!"
