"Our stay at Palazzo Genazzini was absolutely impeccable from beginning to end! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, from the stunning accommodations and breathtaking lake views to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Tanya was especially wonderful, but there were so many others who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Their genuine warmth and willingness to help made our stay even more special. The rooms were beautifully appointed, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with wonderful amenities such as a heated towel rack and Dyson hair dryer. And the views of Lake Como were simply spectacular! Waking up to those incredible views was an experience in itself. The location is another huge highlight. Situated directly in front of the lake, the hotel offers easy access to transportation and makes exploring the beautiful towns around Lake Como incredibly convenient. The food was also delicious and added to an already exceptional experience. We absolutely loved everything about Palazzo Genazzini! It was the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and romance of Lake Como. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again!"

An excellent property - the view was incredible, the location is ideal and communication with the management group and the owner was excellent (not to mention it was clean and well organized). Sitting on the deck with coffee or wine (we did both) is well worth it. We also loved how the property was decorated. If you are planning on a trip to Como, this place is a must stay. Please note, it is an easy 20 min walk to Varenna (although on the side of a road that is well traveled)."
