"Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."

"We had an amazing stay. We booked the lake view room and it’s beautiful. The family who run the hotel are very kind and the service is unmatched. They went the extra mile to help us during our stay. Rooms were cleaned daily, good breakfast. They have dinner options at the hotel and there is also a restaurant close by - just be mindful of the closing times. It’s a bit of a walk from the main street (where there are restaurants and the ferry stop) to the hotel but the hotel can book a taxi for you. There is also a list of phone numbers they provide if you want to call one yourself. I would recommend a taxi if have luggage. Overall I 100% recommend this hotel. "

"Most critical review is several of the bedrooms can only be accessed by moving through another bedroom to enter/leave/use the toilets. This is not a very effective 5-6 bedroom home unless you are an intimate family. We had adult children and spouses/partners. Not very comfortable accommodation for that configuration.Second, much of the furniture can be best described as spartan. No cushions on outside furniture, limited electrical connections in bedrooms, one small television in the home..Internal infrastructure is outdated.In contrast, outside is beautiful. Pool and grounds are lovely. Proximity to town is good. 15 minute walk ( return home is up hill so more difficult). Proximity to ferry is good, car needed to provision for groceries but not for transport to town. In summary, the price/value may not be great for 4-5 couples but maybe acceptable for a large family. Internally ok, externally beautiful"
