"Excellent Como location! 4 minute walk from the Cadenaba Pier to the short ferries to Bellagio and Varenna (but buy a day pass so you are not stuck in ticket lines on the other side). Also some nice lakeside restaurants nearby. Very clean and open layout with beautiful views of the lake and Bellagio. Clothes Washer machine was very helpful mid-trip. Secure garage parking for a car also a nice add to make this an excellent location for a Como stay."

"Our stay at Palazzo Genazzini was absolutely impeccable from beginning to end! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, from the stunning accommodations and breathtaking lake views to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Tanya was especially wonderful, but there were so many others who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Their genuine warmth and willingness to help made our stay even more special. The rooms were beautifully appointed, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with wonderful amenities such as a heated towel rack and Dyson hair dryer. And the views of Lake Como were simply spectacular! Waking up to those incredible views was an experience in itself. The location is another huge highlight. Situated directly in front of the lake, the hotel offers easy access to transportation and makes exploring the beautiful towns around Lake Como incredibly convenient. The food was also delicious and added to an already exceptional experience. We absolutely loved everything about Palazzo Genazzini! It was the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and romance of Lake Como. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again!"

"I LOVE this property. The apartment is very large with two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms which worked perfectly for 3 women. The kitchen is well equipped. The highlight is the huge terrace with the view of Lake Como. The bakery located below the apartment had the best croissants and so convenient. The apartment is located at the top of the town and it is easy walk to shops, ferries and all Bellagio has to offer. There is a small grocery store just down the street but if you prefer a larger one, you can take the ferry to Menaggio and go to Conad. The hosts, Sybille and Alberto, were amazing. Sybille responds very quickly to inquiries. Alberto was very helpful with our taxi transfer back to Milan. He contacted the taxi company to provide instructions to the driver for our pick up. We had a problem with the kitchen faucet and after contacting Sybille, it was fixed in about an hour. They are super hosts!!! To note, if you have mobility issues there are stairs going up to the apartment but the hosts help to bring your suitcases up. There is a restaurant on the street adjacent to the apartment it is noisy if you sleep in the third bedroom in the back. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to have earplugs. The other 2 bedrooms are quiet. The mattresses on the beds are firm. Be aware that the streets in Bellagio are all stones and very steep so if you have knee problems you might find them difficult to navigate. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The property had a beautiful view of the lake as it was perched atop a hill overlooking the town of bellagio . The grounds were well kept . One could walk easily into the expansive villa melzi gardens right by the lake . Mrs Mary was kind enough to accommodate our early check in . The breakfast was delicious with excellent local butter and bread . The vegetables from the garden were very fresh as were the eggs ! Local cheeses and jams were rich and flavorful. The staff were very pleasant. Onsite parking was included! We would happily come back next time we visit Bellagio !"

"Spacious apartment at the top of one of the beautiful winding pathways from the main boat terminal . Location couldn’t be better. French press and another coffee machine for use. In-room Washing machine for your dirty clothes and a big balcony to dry them like the locals. Staff is super helpful, you can reach them after hours on WhatsApp and they respond quickly. Highly recommend for a family of 3"
