Location was simply second to none!!! Staff efficient and helpful. Room was spacious in London standard, and well kept with reasonable amenities.

Good location near Tower Bridge. Room was clean. Comfortable spaces outside the room to chill. I even tried the hammock as we were on the ground floor! Staff on front desk varied , some were more helpful than others. There were two of us and we were staying two nights . We had to ask for a second set of towels and more than 2 tea bags.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast, very clean everywhere in hotel.
