"We loved the room, layout was great. Loved the bed, very comfortable! Shower was good as well. Only thing I would ask for is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom as I struggled to put my lenses in! Staff were lovely as well. Our new favourite in Leeds! "

"The spa area felt quite cold particularly around the pool so not very conducive to relaxing on the sun beds. The temperature of the pool was quite cool. Best to go in before using any of the thermal journey! Rooms starting to need redecorating in places and my air conditioning unit in Room 313 was leaking water onto the carpet below. Breakfast choice was really good and food was hot. WiFi was very good. Plenty of free parking at the hotel"

"Brilliant stay. All staff were friendly and courteous. We left our bag there before check in and also after check out which was a brilliant perk. The room was amazing and the toiletries were lovely - the handwash smelt devine. Breakfast was good, plenty of options but it was very busy so things did run out but the staff were very quick to refill them. Handy location for the train station. Would stay there again. "

"Nice convenient grand hotel which has seen better days. Quite charming. Breakfast was adequate but of a let down. Location of the hotel is extremely convenient as we were attending a gig at Bradford Live venue. Nearby Oub the Drumwiinder was a blast on Saturday night with heart pouring karaoke. Overall I recommend this hotel is worth the price. Room was nice with large bathroom and bathtub."

"There was a dirty dog bed and dog bowl in our room! There was a skip full of rubbish which was blowing about the car park and then blew everywhere including into our car!! The breakfast was cold....yet we were the first people of the day to have it!! "
