"This hotel was a disappointment. The entrance is unkept. The room was very hot and the AC was not on. I turned it on and it was barely working. The room and bed gave the appearance as if we were in jail. The hallway carpet had a musty oder. We refused to stay there and didn’t not get a refund because we checked in before seeing the room. We didn’t use the room at all; just went to check it out and straight back to lobby."

"I've stayed here several times and it's getting worse not better. The furniture is battered and tired, there were chunks of plaster out of the wall, and the fancy new TVs are useless without a decent internet connection (which there isn't). The shower was useless. All that said there is plenty of parking, the bed was comfortable and towels large & fluffy. For a one night stay en route it's adequate. (NB hotel requires ID, don't think it says that on the booking form?)"

"Cleanliness excellent. Spa and pool excellent. Restaurant menu has changed and for me was disappointing. Lots of steak choices. No salads rice or pasta dishes which I expect were on the bar menu. Unfortunately the bar has a TV on 24/7 so not an ideal alternative to the restaurant unless you can eat outside. Overall a lovely stay. For me the restaurant was the only disappointment..but that's a personal view from someone who has stayed for the past 6 years"

"Good room and bed, nice shower with a good quality shower gel. Breakfast excellent, and well laid out and executed. One massive gripe... paying for parking!! was not mentioned on Hotels.com, and was told if i book direct it would be waived. TBH i think this is awful, and i more than likely would have not booked as there were cheaper overall hotels in the area. Just waive all parking ..... and then very clear."
