This hotel is outstanding. Every little detail, from the eggs benedict to the shower, the bath. The staff are warm and friendly and extremely competent. The room was spotless, the bed was huge and so comfortable. The shower was like standing under a waterfall. Best hotel in Scotland, in my experience. Didnt find a single flaw.

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight at this stunning location. Enhanced by beautiful views made all the more spectacular with sunshine and blue skies. The relaxed, helpful and professional approach of the staff was appreciated. The Restaurant was well organised for breakfast and the food was beautifully prepared.

Thank you to all the staff at Mar Hall. We stayed for three days and had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend this Hotel to young,old and families. A Gem on the the outskirts of Glasgow.

From the moment we walked into the Gailes Hotel, we were welcomed and there wasn’t anything that was too much trouble or effort for the wonderful staff throughout the Hotel. We will be back.

Lovely stay at the Busby Hotel.22/7/17 Housekeeper Sheila was very accomadating and very pleasant to speak too. Denise greeted us every morning for breakfast with her bubbliness and lovely smile. Very clean. Attended a family wedding here. Excellent ! Young servers could do with some manners is my only complaint.

Good location in the city. Despite the advertised 3pm check in, we were able to check in at 11am. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bright modern hotel.

They let us chdck into our room early which was great.
