The room was really well laid out. Great positioning of furniture and mirrors (for womens hair etc). Beautiful bed and linen. Really helpful staff upon check in, Ishmael, was so kind and helpful.

Room very clean, stylish. Welcome very warm at check in. Bed too hard and pillows too soft so struggled to sleep.

Excellent room, very spacious , great breakfast and very friendly people at the reception. The accommodation is not far from the University of Glasgow.I am a light sleeper, but I did manage to have a really good sleep at the hotel. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

This building is VERY tired. The unit itself was a bit better than the public areas but neither were particularly clean. It’s quite noisy and pillows were the very worst I’ve ever used. This made for less than optimal sleeping conditions despite a fairly comfortable bed. On the high side, the reception staff were quite helpful and very responsive to requests.
