"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "

"What an exceptional experience we had staying at this property. Our room was fantastic, clean, modern, comfortable. The horses around the property were pleasantly unexpected and the views were outstanding! Private entrances, parking included, easy no contact check in and out. I loved it!"

She got us checked it, ordered a morning breakfast, and got us situated. Absolutely the BEST customer service. This was on August 12th at 3:00.
