Private entrance ground floor apartment nicely appointed and settled in a quiet residential street surrounded by nature.
2 leisure bikes are available
Large living space, Smart TV, Queen Bed, Full private Laundry Room, Full Kitchen (no dishwasher).

Open concept large studio apartment. Ground floor, private entrance. Nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Queen mattress, smart TV, full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave.
Guest access
Lower-level apartment with private exterior entry. No access to the rest of the home. Ample driveway parking.
Other things to note
The apartment is a separate rental then my 3/2 house. It is a completed private lower level. The upper level is rented to longer-term renters who are mature, responsible, and quiet.
No smoking; quiet night hours are required after 10 pm. No pets.
Cleaning fee of $150
