"I was very happy with this hotel. They are professional and understand travelers needs. They were open to early check in and advice for restaurants. I would stay again"

"The fridge in our room every few hours has a very high pitched noice. The sauna was never available due to location that also serves private events. For a hotel that says there an resort we did not find any amenities that were included in our very expensive stay. Everything had a fee from parking, $100 breakfest (least you could do is offer free breakfast) and chairs on beach. We have stayed at other resorts that were not all-inclusive and we did not pay for any item I noted above. Otherwise, overall the stay was nice."
