Beautiful and renovated 1925 Spanish colonial home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in law suite located in the prestigious Hollywood Lakes. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail by the pool. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located a 15 minute walk to Hollywood beach. Parking for 2 cars maximum in back driveway. Free street parking in front of property.
