Bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well in the room we slept well. We did use any of the facilities gym/pool. However break fast was good.would recommend if you need to stay over in Bristol. "

"Wonderful, luxurious grand old property. Literally steps from the high street so everything you could ever need. The spa was fantastic. You get to use the spa for 4 hours per day of your reservation which is really more than enough. I had to use room service because I got overheated at the spa and it came quickly and was just what I needed. A/C was heavenly and the weather was HOT"

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and gracious. We asked for a few small favors and the staff quickly and courteously complied with our requests."
