"The hotel was nice, modern and the pool, restaurants and bars are pretty good. Entertainment staff worked hard, as do the housekeeping staff, good variety of food and drinks. There seems to be a lack of toilets though... for either of the pools, Breeze bar or Pala Santo restaurant, you need to go into the hotel itself and there is one set of toilets for the entire downstairs area, day and night."

Every aspect of the setting and amenities were excellent. The staff were exceptional in their care and personal attention to detail. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a smile that continued throughout our stay. Rooms were really nice - spacious and like the entire resort, spotlessly clean. Nice complex of bungalows with a lovely sized pool. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Bungalows are very well equipped i.e. utensils etc. Air con only in bedroom so if people are sleeping on pull out bed in sitting room they need to use a fan. Very convenient to Playa Blanca, only a few minutes walk. We had the BBQ on the Tuesday night and found it excellent value and quality. Service can be a little slow in the bar at meal times but not a major issue.

The Melia Innside has a great location, set back from the sea but with a totally uninterupted view of the sea. The reception is excellent, helpful, efficient, friendly. The room (downstairs with garden) was spacious and clean. The room bar was empty except for one bottle of water provided for the duraiton of the 4 nights.
