"Amazing!! This is truly paradise. I took my grandson, veteran son and autistic teenager and they loved it. 3 pools 2 hot tubs. The staff is so friendly!! Love them and it! I highly recommend them "

"I went with my fiancé for one week. We had a great time! The beach chairs were available every day, the pool was nice, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is also very nice. There were a lot of shops, restaurants, and activities. We are certainly keeping the Royal Sonesta in mind for future trips!"

"Convenient location, superb staff, very good breakfast included, well rounded and comfortable facility. The hotel lobby has a very modern look and feel. The room was spacious yet dated. Inside our bathroom, in the shower area, there was a poorly repaired patch work which did not look good at all. Overall, I do recommend, although I feel the rooms need some updating."

"The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were very friendly. The one thing I can say that I did not like about the property was the parking attendant. He was very rude and threatened to call the police when we left our rental car for a few minutes outside the hotel "

"The hotel was convenient. The staff was nice. There was an issue with water leaking onto the shelves underneath the bathroom sink, which made the towels damp. But the front desk got us some dry one's despite the late hour. They also arranged for someone to take our luggage all the way to be checked in, and for a wheelchair to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the gate. Everyone was very kind. Should I be passing through SJU again i would definitely stay there."
