No complimentary water, no toothpaste or basic amenities, and they even charge for luggage holding before check-in, while most hotels offer that service for free. For an airport hotel, I expected better hospitality and convenience."

"Stayed here for 3 days it was very neat and beautiful inside the hotel and it was close to Disney land which was a plus. The bathroom was just right the room was perfect the bed and all the amenities included was really great and I loved the themed rooms. The staff was very helpful with the questions we had, the only problem I would say was the check in we landed early and expected they let us check in early but nope we had to wait till our check in time & also there was a digital key for the room sometime we had trouble getting in the room other than that the hotel was great, the bar was very nice"
