Very friendly staff
The staff is super friendly and the stay was actually good. For the price I paid, I simply cannot complain. Therefore, for a budget a very good stay indeed.

Hostel masquerading as a hotel
Not a hotel - a hostel. 5 rooms on each floor sharing a shower room/toilet and a kitchen. This means that there are LONG queues in the morning. Other guests love to take food & drink out of the fridge and leave the washing up out if they do it at all! The view out of the window was of a wall and a ventilation pipe and there was nowhere to sit in the room. On the plus side - central location for the outskirts of the city. About 10 minutes walk to the closest beach and about 25 minutes to the larger beach.

Amazing place! Great staff, impeccably clean A*
Amazing place, this had everything we needed and the staff there were lovely! Everything is wonderfully clean, perfect little kitchen and bathroom, one of each on every floor which you share with three other rooms but which are kept impeccably clean throughout the day. There's a roof terrace too. I cannot rate the staff high enough, everything from the welcome smiles to the insisting on carrying the cases downstairs when we left, just great. We feel like we found a little diamond with this place, definitely going back! Thanks to all the staff at City Room Las Palmas! Hope to see you again soon :)

Feels like home
Situated right at the heart of the city. Everything is brand new, exceptionally clean and is well- run by the nicest family you could expect to meet. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their smiles are genuine and adorable. I will return many times to Las Palmas and will always want to stay here.

Es tranquilo, tiene secador, varias toallas.. normalmente en este tipo de alojamientos no hay casi nada... y mucha tranquilidad..raro porque suele a ver mucha gente en este tipo de alojamiento, muy buena ubicación cerca de la estacion y muy buena limpieza, calidad precio buenísima

Mycket nöjd!
Boendet var superbra, jag är nöjd! Stort rum, bekväm säng, och bra förvaring av kläder. Rent och snyggt i gemensamma utrymmen. Det enda negativa, och det kan inte boendet skyllas för, var att det renoverades i huset intill…och det är ok om det görs dagtid. Men de höll på att borra mitt i natten och det var störande. Så bra öronproppar var räddningen!

Sono anni che soggiorno lì e ormai i proprietari sono per me come una seconda famiglia. La struttura è ordinata, profumata, molto pulita e il posto è tranquillo. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. A presto!

Perfektes Preis/Leisungs Verhältnis! Perfekte Lösung für Single Traveller, die in keinem Hostel übernachten möchten. Die gemeinsamen Küchen sind sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet! Ich war ca. 1 Monat in dieser Unterkunft! Es wird morgens und abends geputzt.

Bien ubicado para ir a las palmas de gran canaria comodo y limpio. Repetiria sin duda, unico ha tener en cuenta que el chek in es hasta las 14:00 si no hay que ponerse en contacto con ellos para entrar

Me alojé en una habitación individual y es uno de los peores sitios que he estado nunca. Un segundo piso sin ascensor, no había armario (era un amasijo de hierros), la puerta era muy endeble y la cama era incómoda.

ok for a one-two nighter if you have things to do
City Room was greit for what i needed. theres no safe in the room and a terrasse which is used only used by the family who lives there with bed linen hanging every where. no seats for guests and no veiws because of all the linen. there is no sound proofing through out the building and people in the bathrooms and rooms can easely be heard. you pay for what you get.

Un 10 pero con un punto negativo
Todo correcto pero...hay un pero y es una pena xq está muy bien. El pero es que el Mercado Central está al lado y no sé muy bien xq pero hay un olor a pescado cuando abres la ventana para ventilar bastante desagradable. Y luego se queda el olor en la habitación y en fin, una pena. Es el lugar mejor que he visto de Servicio y Limpieza en habitaciones y zonas comunes. Están limpiando continuamente y los trabajadores de allí un 10.
