"The front desk staff were attentive and professional. The room was clean and had a lot of space to lay out a suitcase. Breakfast was good with very friendly staff. We had stayed at Hampton Inn the night before and the property and staff at the Holiday Inn Express far exceeded the Hampton Inn. I wish it was closer to the heart of Pittsburgh so I could stay every time I visit. "

"The table lamps near the bed are not that bright. No easy place to plug in your phone charger. There is a spot on the table lamp but it is very loose and doesn't work all that well as a result. Suggest some kind of texture in the bath tub floor as it is very slippery."

And the front of the building was utilities and work equipment and the grass is poorly kept, and it looked like a rubble and cut tree pile to the left of the building - all very unsightly from the front.
