Karuizawa Hotel Guide - Hanare-yama Hiking Trail hotels in Karuizawa, Japan.

"comfortable accommodation for family vacation with 4 person. "

"Wonderful property with wonderful staff. "

"Authentic Japanese experience, clean place, well maintained with great onsen, strongly recommend the Japanese style room for authenticity."

"A little out of the way, but very quiet. Going up to the Terraces is nicer than the area around the station."

"This hotel is a perfect place to have vacation. Perfect service, perfect food, and perfect room. "

"Very charming hotel."

"Unbelievable service, excellent rooms. Everything was the utmost highest level in all facets."

"The room is very clean and cozy, and the breakfast is really good too."

"We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was beautiful. The entire hotel maintains a sort of romantic vintage feeling but has completely updated bathrooms and every sort of modern amenity one could need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Karuizawa. "

"Nice lodge with good conditions and convenient location. "

"The hotel facility is very old like last century. The bath was not maintained clean given the high hotel paid. Not much amenities can be used but the only thing is nature appreciation if you are in that category. Overall it’s not worth the money."

"Excellent spacious room, great breakfast."

"Very nice hotel which is close to all the sightseeing places"

"Nice and quite"

"Beautiful place and close to station and outlet. New bar on second floor, though just opened it’ll need time to settle."

"Very comfortable stay! The room is clean, pretty and relatively more spacious than other hotels in Tokyo! Staff is so helpful too. "

"Everything's fine and staffs are nice. The owner is very nice to help me to cancel the last night's booking to suit my schedule, and make the refund accordingly."

"Seems to be family-run hotel Staff friendly Simple, comfortable"

"It is a beautiful property, walking distance from the outlet. We loved staying there in a cabin. We were told by a staff that we couldn’t check in until the official check-in time, but when I asked another staff. I was told that the room was already ready and we could check in."
