"Although spacious, the room at our arrival was very cold. After having asked twice about it and that we needed two towels as we were two people, yet no heating was switched on. Later in the day, after a long day out, we spoke to another member of staff who final managed to give us two towels and switch on the heating. The hotel is very very old but it reflected on the price."

"Breakfast was disappointing as there was no bacon available during the time we were at the table. Went to the buffet area three times to look."

"A friendly and supportive receptionist greeted me. The room was bright, fresh and clean. A good night's sleep was had in a comfortable bed followed by a powerful hot shower in the morning. "
