Excellent stay
We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. There are plenty of good walks nearby and other places nearby to eat and drink.

The owner was very obliging and friendly. I enquired about a bath/shower mat and he promptly went out and purchased a new one. We had a 4 night stay and he constantly enquired if all was well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We are planning another visit later in the year.

The inn was nice and cosy with great breakfast too! The night of our stay, up until after breakfast on the following day, there was no hot water. No one gave us a courtesy heads up when we checked in or offered other alternatives. WiFi in our room was not working (kept disconnecting) but worked fine at the breakfast area.

Nice eating pub with comfortable room. Bathroom needed some attention with mould round shower. Nowhere to sit inside the pub as a resident if not eating apart from one sofa facing a wall and two diners .. were told when we asked ‘ it is what it is’ !!

We loved our stay- clean, friendly, cozy, great location within walking distance to the water. The restaurant was great - we ate dinner and breakfast there. Our only complaint was the bed - it was not very comfortable.

Nice Hotel situated well to visit St Davids with public transport near by . Food nice and well presented . Breakfast very good . The beds in our room could have been a bit firmer but all in all a good stay.

My wife is coeliac, so expects a limited menu; but on top of that the lamb and paella were off all week. No-one got round to rewriting the menu, so everyone one greeted with "There is no .....".

Rooms were above the pub and we had people above us and it was quite noisy. The room was small but adequate but the bed was not very comfortable could do with a better quality mattress. The food was amazing. The steak was the best i have had in years. And the duck bon bons were also fantastic. We found the staff very nice especially the 2 young girls and the ladies that did the rooms were great. Breakfast was really good

Well presented pub with B and B accommodation. Room was very comfortable with nice clean facilities. Breakfasts were exceptional lovely ingredients and nice presentation. There is limited parking outside the pub on a first come bases, pay and display Carpark is 5 mins walk. During the time we were staying booking for dinner was essential.

A wonderful place to stay
A lovely pub in the beautiful harbour village of Solva. Spotlessly clean, brilliant breakfast and terrific food overall. Lovely.

Lovely stay
Really lovely place to stay, the breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal. Parking is a little limited but there is another car park a couple of minutes away so not a problem. Only critisism is there was no turndown service (it may be covid related?) which we didn't realise so make sure you look after your towels as you may not get fresh ones the next day. Other than that, overall great.

A little disappointing. Not value for money. Bedroom was a twin, but only one dining chair to sit on....not even one armchair for comfort. Towels were thin and well used. Staff very pleasant, breakfast substantial.

My partner and I enjoyed an overnight stay. The Cambrian was clean and comfortable. The evening meal was delicious as was the breakfast we wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
