Everything from the communication ahead of arrival, the front lobby (looks and even smells great), the check-in staff (courteous, thorough, knowledgeable), the bellhops (fast, professional), the room size (huge for NYC), the cleanliness, the price, and the LOCATION. Everything we hoped for. Our party checked in two rooms, which the staff was able to locate next to each other. A short walk to Times Square. Immediate access to public transportation. Hotel offers access to a local gym and complimentary time on bicycles. Definitely a consideration the next time we travel to NYC. "
