"The room was compact but perfectly suited for 1 person. Staff was incredibly accomodating, especially Linh Pham who provided lots of information and suggestions for activities via WhatsApp. I moved to their sister property when I checked out and they arranged for all my bags to be brought over. They were already in my room when I checked in. The hotel is on a very busy street but inside felt like a nice sanctuary from the chaos. I didn’t care for the breakfast buffet, but they also offered à la carte items from a menu which I found to be really tasty. Room service was good as well. I had laundry done, which was very reasonably priced and convenient. I would recommend this hotel. "
