They only complaint is that the elevator is really slow. The surrounding area is so convenient to everything. There are so many options to eat and shop. We did a lot of both. It was a great hotel. "

"Great breakfast Close to Chitose airport bus stop but not close to JR Sapporo station but I was travelling by bus both in & out. Staff were really good Wifi good Lots of eating places close by I would've preferred a slightly softer bed but that’s my only complaint "
