"We had a great stay at the Novotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the gluten free options for breakfast were good, and I made use of all the leisure facilities during my stay. The gym is quite small, but it had everything I needed for a decent workout. Afterwards, I enjoyed a swim, relaxed in the Jacuzzi, and finished with some time in the sauna, which was a great way to unwind. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the food was really nice. If I had to mention any negatives, the sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and the fridge in our room didn't keep our drinks very cold. However, these were only minor issues and certainly wouldn't stop me from returning. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel."

"Apartment was very clean and well resourced. Staff were extremely helpful on arrival. No balcony or views as we were ground floor and surrounded by bins but the window screens worked well to disguise this. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great value for money. "

"Though we only stayed one night the Apex Waterloo was a delight. We arrived in the early afternoon, way before check-in but we were upgraded to a two story accommodation that was available immediately (for which we were grateful after a long flight)! We were surprised to find air conditioning. Most hotels in Scotland do not have it and the summer days can get quite warm. The hotel location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. We enjoyed cocktails in the lounge after our day of sightseeing and breakfast was wonderful. The hotel stored our luggage while we toured the castle and unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the pool or spa but we will definitely return! Thank you!"
