Most hotels in this price range indeed have above average service but Murray does it better. I have zero complaints. Rooms are spacious and sleek almost like Armani hotels. "We had breakfast once in a 6 night stay- the food selection excellent but hot dishes were cold- the room was crowded very noises and staff pretty average. Over priced. Housekeeping staff average didn’t notice lamps needing replacing and a mess on carpet was overlooked for 15 hours It’s pretty average 5 star hotel."
