"Wonderful hotel! The Staff is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and very Welcome. The lobby and lounge areas are super well design and the Gym is wonderful all good quality equipment! Internet works good as a digital nomad. Rooms are very spacious and bed is nice and big. And Super Important they are Pet friendly!! So I can stay with my little one no prob, they even give her treats and toys! Thanks for caring! My Top choice when Im in reading! "I stayed at this hotel because I got bumped from my flight out of Heathrow and had to stay at two additional days. The location was perfect along the Thames River there are many walking options right next to the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had while in Europe."

Breakfast had most of what you would expect, I would like more fresh salad available. We especially enjoyed the walking route provided by the hotel, really lovely to get out and about in the grounds.
