"Have their own parking lot, which is extremely rare and very helpful if you have a rental car. Very nice and helpful staff. I forgot my electric converter and they cheerfully provided one I could use. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. A great place stay, feel from the Castle, in Windsor. "

Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. One member of staff said to mention to reception. She said they have a lot of people say about it and they should be doing something about it. Was I was checking out and mentioned to the lady there. She brushed me off and I felt awkward and hurt. She did not care. "
