"On arrival there was a queue to check-in.....20 minutes later, i finally got to my room. Unacceptable. ..... and none of the staff cared !!"

"Room was clean, housekeepin came back later as we were still in bed the first time. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was great size. Only thing to maybe add is a full sized mirror somewhere in the room, only mirror was the bathroom one."

"What a beautiful hotel from the moment we entered we were impressed. Staff were excellent, all were impressive in their own particular fields. Room was gorgeous and spotless. Breakfast was delicious"

"Room was clean and tidy and had been recently refurbished. However the door to the balcony took a lot of effort to secure. The bed was comfy and the room had a nice feeling although we were close to the lift and the noise was quite noticeable throughout the night. Breakfast was a buffet, however arriving slightly later 9:15ish meant that things weren't as well stocked as we thought they might be for a cooked breakfast. Parking for the property is limited and options around the hotel are also limited and can be expensive. "
