"Clean room and very comfy bed!!"

"Perfect location, covered walk way from hotel to Airport, no more than a 3 minute walk. Helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms, complimentary water was appreciated. Would definitely book this again for an early morning flight"

"The rooms are good, clean, comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. The evening meals in the bar of good quality. Have to say breakfast was disappointing. Especially the coffee. "

"The bar was closed for refurbishment and we only found out a couple of days before the trip. They allowed us to use the member area but it did mean drinks etc were limited to what was bottled. It was also very small so very loud when it started to fill up. The room we were in was in another building which we got lost trying to find, a map would have been helpful. The room was small but clean. The floor did creak loudly no matter where you stood which was annoying for us but imagine worse for the people below. We booked a standard room and won’t do that again. Will only go back when the refurb is complete "

"I have stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The room was not up to standard—the floor was squeaky, the carpet appeared worn and uneven, and one of the towels had a stain. I also had difficulty sleeping due to a persistent noise, which may have been from the air conditioning or a nearby generator. Additionally, the price of water at the bar was excessively high. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, overall, this experience did not meet expectations."

"The Hilton (Gatwick South) was everything we needed ahead of our flight the following day. It was smart, clean, the staff were exceptional, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the ability to use the covered walkway straight to Departures was an added bonus. No issues encountered and sure to stay again! Thank you Hilton (Gatwick South)!"

"Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and hot and tasty. Croissant at breakfast was not tasty but staff where friendly and on hand for what ever you wanted. Car park is bigger than looked but quite tight small and could fill up easily "

"Fantastic boutique hotel. Breakfast great but disappointed that the coffee machine was broken so no espresso or flat white option. Otherwise all good"
