"Hotel location is great in Woodside, Queens. Great access to train & buses for Manhatton. Staff were friendly & efficient, excellent customer service provided. Hotel itself is very dated, decor is very old & worn, however, my room & general reception was clean. Bedroom was very big, bed was comfy & the bathroom was clean. Room cleaned & towels changed daily. Price was excellent for location. Deposit was refunded day of departure. Hotel is a good 2 star. I would stay again for location. "

"Hotel was Very Nice staff, what kind and professional the breakfast was good. The rooms and the property was very clean. They have very Beautiful plants around the property and in the area. There is food nearby, where you can order delivery or walk and get it."

"The moment I walked in staff informed me that they never offered valet services, and two minutes later a valet showed up. Our room smelled like mold and the bathroom had a strong urine odor. Ohhh not to mention the clogged tub! We had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Hotel."

"They canceled my reservation. I was unaware and showed up at property. They said they tried my credit card that was associated on Expedia. It was expired. They immediately canceled. I had other cards that weren't expired but they didn't use any of those. I was not notigied that this had occurred. Very very awful day. I was too pay at the property. "
