Located in an ideal part of town with super accessible transportation - buses, trains, cabs, etc. The staff is courteous, friendly, very helpful and efficient. There are many different room levels (silver, bronze, gold) depending on the level of renovation (the gold being the most updated,) however all three levels are clean and great.

Staff at both the front desk and the bus captain's desk were outstanding. Breakfast was marvelous. The room was basic and the shower did leak badly.
However, any negative about the room was well made up by the hotel's location in Times Square and Restaurant Row.
I will return.
