"Location is beautiful but inconvenient as there are no restaurants close by or convenient stores. There were many different types of smells, all unpleasant, as you walk into reception, the bathroom, the hallway and your room. "I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano."
